“IN LIFE, IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT DESERVING, BUT ABOUT DOING WHAT IT TAKES TO DESERVE.”
First, I want to thank Jehova for allowing me to be a Member of ÍNUKA and for being announced as the No. 9 Business Leader for 2024. What an unexpected honour! As we often say, nothing is ever taken for granted.
Secondly, I want to express my gratitude to Alma Gericke, our INUKA Founder, for this incredible Business. I also want to thank the INUKA Crew, especially my mentor Leane, Edna, Olivia, the Blue team, and all other ÍNUKA Staff.
Thirdly, I want to thank my Team, my customers, Dina, Carla, Imirena, Fumo, Team Sucesso, my family, and especially my husband.
My journey to the Top 10 began at the first VIP High Tea Training of 2024. During that meeting, Alma said, “If it’s working for others but not for you, while you’re in the same conditions, maybe you’re the problem.” These words struck me deeply. I went home and reflected on what I wasn’t doing – not to compare myself to others, but to learn and take action.
I had a conversation with Priveledge Muchemeranwa, one of our INUKA Leaders, who gave me some valuable advice: “When you meet someone, that person can give you three things: they can become a customer, an INUKA Member or refer someone to you.” I adopted this advice as my motto and started recruiting people through social media.
From then on, I decided to become a game-changer for my country by providing many people with the INUKA Business Opportunity and collaborating with each individual to eradicate poverty, offer financial independence, and improve their quality of life.
I never imagined that each life I touched through recruitment, training sessions, or late-night WhatsApp group calls with those eager to learn would lead me to this level. I was fulfilling my mission to transform lives. What moved me the most was hearing Members share how their lives have changed. To me, that is the true victory. The ranking position was just the cherry on top.
I want to awaken Members to the reality that poverty is a disease with a cure. Yes, we can achieve our dreams. However, the high price of success requires hard work, focus, and consistency. So, my question is: Are you willing to pay the price?
As a piece of advice, set a plan and work hard to make it come true. Be committed to Club 40, Rainbow Challenge, and other INUKA Incentives. They are excellent steps toward success. If possible, have a vision board in your room.
Finally, I want to celebrate this achievement and express my deep gratitude to everyone for their unconditional support. A special thanks to those who, in the most challenging moments, encouraged me with words like: “Violeta/Mother, we know you’re tired, but keep going. Your work makes a difference in our lives; each call of yours changes our history.” These words were a constant source of motivation.
