DO NOT LET WHAT YOU CANNOT DO INTERFERE WITH WHAT YOU CAN DO!
It always seems impossible until it’s done. It has always been my dream to be in the Top 25. I did not know how to achieve this.
I joined INUKA in August 2021. When I made the Top 100, I felt it was enough. When attending the INUKA Sales Quarter Events, I intentionally ensure I sneak a moment with the top leaders to learn. It so happened that at one of these Events, I managed to share a table with Claris Shava, an Executive Diamond Leader, and that’s all it took for me to move from number 59 to Top 25 because my “how” was answered in that conversation. The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.
To all INUKA Business Owners, yes, it’s essential to have time and bond with your teams, but at Sales Quarter Events, sneak a moment and network to broaden your understanding of your INUKA Business. This will also benefit your Team because you will come back wiser and armed with new strategies. Avoid cliques, and do what is uncomfortable. Reach out. I refuse to be associated with mediocrity. Also, do not do something unsustainable to receive on-stage recognition.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go with a team. I thank my INUKA Goal Achievers Team for our excellent transition from 39 000 Group PV in a Recognition Year to 84 000 Group PV in the 2024 Recognition Year. This is massive growth. I appreciate your collectiveness and unity. May the Almighty keep us growing.
Most importantly, pray for your Team and your INUKA Business. The same God that gave you the idea to start your INUKA Business is the same God that will carry us through.
Winston Churchill said: “Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm”. It is still the beginning of the year. You can achieve anything you want in 2025.
The fundamental level of success is doing the hard things first. Believe in yourself. All you need is YOU.
