NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM!
I am a proud INUKA Distributor. I have been with INUKA for 10 years. It has been a long and beautiful journey despite some challenges. Of course, in life, you will have challenges. I’ve had some good years and some that were not so good, but I can say that a positive mental attitude gives you power over your circumstances instead of your circumstances having power over you. Despite my challenges, I have never given up on my dream.
As I continued to push to climb to greater heights, I reached a point where I felt stagnant. No matter what you do, you are in one place without movement. However, I’ve always told myself that we learn from all yesterday’s experiences and try to improve. We never change the goal, but we need to change the strategy now and then to achieve the goal.
They always say you cannot do something the same way and expect different results. It took me a long time to move from Sapphire to Diamond Leader because I think as much as my interest was growing and inspiring those coming behind me, the goal was somehow shifted, and that may be how I got stuck. Still, when I realized I needed to change the strategy, I started seeing results.
One essential thing was building a Team. From that, I have learned that a strong, supportive Team can make all the difference in the Business. When I say Team, it could be your spouse who steps up when you are in need, a teammate who helps you calibrate to make sure everything goes in order, or even a teammate who is always positive to lift everyone’s spirit because it is not a one-person show. Teamwork is the foundation of a thriving business for all of us, and when teammates calibrate, and we support one another and work towards a shared goal, the entire Team benefit one way or the other. I want to take this opportunity to thank and recognize my Team for their teamwork, not only boosting morale but also strengthening the bond and encouraging continued cooperation.
My Team overflows. They work! My Team’s mindset and dedication helped us achieve incredible results together, hence my being in the Top 25 today. I want to thank you for your commitment to our shared goals. As quoted by JF Kennedy, “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words but to live by them”. I hope my actions continue to reflect my appreciation for this opportunity.
To those still out there and still trying and things are not working out, I would like to say that if you are sure of your vision, don’t let anyone challenge you on your journey. It is yours and only yours to travel and, most importantly, allow yourself to embrace the uniqueness of your dreams and create a new and inspiring story. A dream that is not written down without targets is just a dream. It can never materialize. I always like quoting this scripture to my Team Habakkuk 2:3: “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it shall speak, and not lie. Wait for it because it will surely come.”
