The Gala night was filled with elegance, high fashion and excitement. I arrived with confidence, dressed in an extravagant gown designed by Jason Make, ready to celebrate my wins and those of my team.
When the Top 5 was announced and my name was called, I paused and praised God. I held back tears of joy, tears of victory, resilience, patience and perseverance. In that moment, I could only say, “Thixo ka Tatam waze wandithanda ndingakukhonzi nakakuhle.”
It is an honour to have earned Position 4 and to represent South Africa in the Top 5 category. This achievement confirms that the decision I made on 27 October 2017 was never a mistake. I thought I was doing this for myself, but little did I know it was for the masses.
I carry this crown with dignity and gratitude for everyone who made it possible through PV, prayer and support. To Team Powerhouse, we have come a long way. This journey has been a rollercoaster, but we have built it on values, communication and daily progress. I see your hard work and consistency.
