Being an INUKA Top 25 Business Leader for 3 consecutive years is not child’s play. It takes a lot of hard work. It took me getting my hands dirty in building and training the Team. Like our INUKA Founder, Alma, once said: “You might have worked hard, but results and positions are not guaranteed “.
I want to thank God that the hard work paid off once again. I don’t know what I could have told my Team if I had missed it because they seemed to think it was automatic and were so expectant.
