Being a Top 25 Business Leader for the second time made me realize that INUKA is for everyone. I always thank my Team, Team VUVUZELA NDALUMBA, because I could not have been in the Top 25 without them.
2023 was a challenging year, and there were moments when I thought of giving up, but I never gave up, and we made it once more. Being in the Top 25 calls for hard work, perseverance, sacrifice, and consistency in presentations and team training. It would be best if you were a mentor. Check the growth of everyone on the Team regardless of the generation. My Team worked so hard in 2023 that we produced a Diamond Leader, BWACHA SIAGWELELE, and I am so proud of them.
One unique thing about me is that when I love something, I do it passionately. I have loved my INUKA Business from day one, making me do it wholeheartedly. The focus becomes different. All businesses are demanding, but everything becomes manageable and easier with a positive attitude.
Challenges come and go. Throughout the journey, I have learned to make lemonade from any lemons. Challenges are important in my business life as they make me push harder and improve daily.
Focusing on Rainbow Pillars from day one is critical. I focused on all 4 Success Pillars. The most amazing thing that happened to me was giving birth to another Top 25 Business Leader directly under me. I am super proud of myself.
