Being announced as an INUKA Top 25 Business Leader this year again shocked me. I did not expect such a significant achievement because 2023 was an uncommon and challenging year. I witnessed many team members giving up on their dreams and targets due to financial circumstances and other reasons.
I want to remind all INUKA Members that we joined this Business with a specific purpose, so we must remain focused on it. Let’s avoid comparing ourselves to others and living their lives.
I realize that in this industry, people join and quit. As a leader, I must keep them motivated until their Success grows. Spending quality time with those who want to work and grow is essential. It’s gratifying to see how far they can go.
My goal for this new year is to recruit, train, and build new leaders. It’s crucial to ensure that my Team is replicating my actions. Sometimes, we set big goals for our Members, such as Club 40 or Club 100, but forget to teach them how to sell. It’s time to teach them how to sell, use our products, and become Ambassadors of our magnificent products. Let’s remember that by selling one perfume, we pay a bill.
I commend my Team for their hard work, especially those who accepted the challenge to complete at least one pillar of the Rainbow Challenge, continue with a Club 40, maintain active accounts with 5 PV, and other challenges.
