Let me first tell you about my story. My story is one of resilience. I am here to share my journey, so if there is someone here who feels stagnant, who feels like they are not pushing, who feels like they are not doing enough, you must know that there was once a Weziwe who stayed in Diamond for a full four years.

It is very important to build a solid team, the base of your team should be solid, so that along the way, when you backslide or you feel overwhelmed, but your team is already in the journey, they can support you. Know your why. Don’t let your why be inactive. Take your why, so that you interact with your why. It is only your why that will keep you in this business.

I never give up and I don’t have regrets. I remind myself that in every failure there is an opportunity for growth. That’s what kept me going until today. We all have dreams and ambitions, but without actions, those dreams are just wishes.
