One thing INUKA taught me is you’re not an island; you need people around you that want to see you succeed. To anyone in the audience working on becoming a diamond, and it feels like it’s taking too long, remember this is not a sprint, this is a marathon, pace yourself, keep building, keep digging. You have one job as a leader, to impact lives, to help them reach financial freedom. Know your downlines, push them and motivate them according to their own abilities and needs. Celebrate any wins they accomplish, big or small. Set goals for them and watch their lives change.
My advice for you to win big in INUKA, you need to HAVE A VISION, you need to KNOW YOUR WHY, on why you are joining the business, and BE HUNGRY FOR SUCCESS. Hard work and ambition have paved the way for Fransiska Hamukoto from Namibia - congratulations on reaching new Diamond Leader status!
This INUKA business of hope is transforming our lives every day, giving us financial freedom. Tenacity—I want to talk to you about the importance of tenacity in life. I learned this from two animals: the honey badger and the tiger. These two animals are fearless; they never give up, they are resilient, and they remain focused on their goals. No matter what obstacles they face or how long it takes, they stay committed to their purpose.
I dedicate this achievement to my mom, cause she raised a hustler, a seller, and I am grateful for her. If you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go with a team. Cisca Unengu’s story is one of perseverance and triumph—join us in celebrating our New Diamond Leader from Namibia.
I am grateful to be here at INUKA—it has changed my mindset. I am grateful for the training provided at High Tea. It has helped me so much.
I am here to stand for people who are uneducated and unemployed—people who never had the opportunity to graduate. Today, I feel like this is my graduation. My graduation comes with this recognition because I am being celebrated. I sometimes find myself in difficult situations, and when I look around me, I see challenges, but I never give up. I will leave as a winner.
