One thing INUKA taught me is you’re not an island; you need people around you that want to see you succeed. To anyone in the audience working on becoming a diamond, and it feels like it’s taking too long, remember this is not a sprint, this is a marathon, pace yourself, keep building, keep digging. You have one job as a leader, to impact lives, to help them reach financial freedom. Know your downlines, push them and motivate them according to their own abilities and needs. Celebrate any wins they accomplish, big or small. Set goals for them and watch their lives change.
My advice for you to win big in INUKA, you need to HAVE A VISION, you need to KNOW YOUR WHY, on why you are joining the business, and BE HUNGRY FOR SUCCESS. Hard work and ambition have paved the way for Fransiska Hamukoto from Namibia - congratulations on reaching new Diamond Leader status!
