My journey to the INUKA Top 25 Business Leader Recognition Category began with reflecting on my past results and setting goals for 2023. I identified areas for improvement and focused on self-development to reach new heights. Attending the INUKA High Tea Training Events was a game-changer, providing valuable lessons that propelled me forward.
In our direct selling business, teamwork is crucial. In 2023, I prioritized training my Team for the future and inspiring my Team to build a passive income for financial freedom. I embraced challenges as opportunities for growth, maintaining a positive mindset throughout. Always focus on what is within your control, which will yield results.
I honed in on my strengths, which are recruiting and selling. My efforts ensured I received recognition in the Recruiting and Personal Sales Recognition Categories in every Sales Quarter. My performance in these 2 areas also saw me in Annual Top Recruiting (4th Position) and Annual Top 5 In Personal Sales (2nd Position).
