Never in my wildest dreams…

…did I think seven years ago that we will be hosting our 7th Anniversary GALA Event at the highly rated Superbowl at Sun City. This was our first Annual GALA at Sun City and the first time we were having the SQ4 Event and our Annual Gala Event on the same day as two separate functions.

The SQ4 event on Saturday morning at Sun Park was also full of highlights. Amongst these was the announcement of our new slogan Be Spectacular. Lead, Learn, Grow.
Also announced was the launch of our new nail polish range, the 10ml lotion samples, the extension of the Mohlolo range and the announcement that there will be no price increase.
Last year’s GALA stage was spectacular but this year it was even better. There were stairs all around the extended stage and the lights and screens were simply beyond one’s imagination. Even Gearhouse, our audio and visual partner for this event, said that this was the highlight of their year.

Our Members were rewarded with more that R2.6 million on this day. Amongst the other highlights was the announcement of Kate Sekhu as our Ambassador 2017 for the third year running. Congratulations Kate! This takes some doing! Then there was the rising star by the name of Roann Vetter who was recruited a few months ago on our MSC Cruise to Mozambique. She was announced as our No 1 New Business Leader and achieved phenomenal results. So, look out for her in future. INUKA also launched a 5 nights travel experience to Hong Kong and Disneyland, which caused pandemonium. The songs by our Master of Ceremony, Katlego Maboe, were well received by the audience who joined in singing and dancing. The music and light shows were also very spectacular and added much ambiance to a splendid evening.

The day was a huge success and congratulations must firstly go to our Founder, Alma for her endless efforts and marvelous presentation. Special thanks must also go to Kirsten, Bennie and Anton and all the INUKA staff that assisted in making this a spectacular event.
One is filled with so much joy in that we at the INUKA office bring so much hope and relief to so many people out there. This is a good news story at a time when there is so much sad things going on all over the world. Well done to all our staff with whom this would not have been possible. Let us go from strength to strength and make a difference.
